We are excited to welcome the fabulous attorney La-Zondra C. Randolph to this month's meeting!

Attorney La-Zondra C. Randolph embodies the ethos of "Aggressively Going the Extra Mile" in every facet of her life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University. Since November 2012, she has operated a thriving solo law practice specializing in family law, personal injury, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and intellectual property. Notably, she served as a Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter, National Bar Association Fellow, overseeing the fellowship program from July 2019 and providing pro bono services to over 1,000 individuals. Her dedication to legal education led to her appointment as an adjunct professor at FAMU College of Law, where she continues to impart her knowledge. Attorney Randolph's commitment to public service extends further as she recently assumed the presidency of the VHFCNBA Foundation.

Beyond her legal endeavors, Attorney Randolph founded The LCR Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and co-owns Kalon Karisma Hair and Beauty. She has garnered recognition in various media outlets and received prestigious awards, including the Orlando Magic Diversity Game Changer and National Black Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Additionally, she actively participates in multiple professional organizations, contributing her expertise and leadership to foster growth and excellence within these communities.

Elizabeth is a licensed Florida attorney specializing in estate planning and elder law. In 2015, propelled by her passion for assisting families in safeguarding their legacies and ensuring their future well-being, Elizabeth founded The Law Office of Elizabeth Franks, LLC. This boutique firm specializes in comprehensive estate planning, long-term care planning services, and assists veterans in obtaining VA benefits.  In addition to her legal expertise, Elizabeth has also carved a niche for herself in the corporate world, working in the legal department of a multinational technology company.

A proud 1995 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, wife, and mother of two adult sons, Elizabeth has been a long-standing Floridian, deeply cherishing the serenity of its beaches and her suburban community home. While her professional life thrives, she finds solace in the world of literature and treasures the intimate moments she spends with her family. Her fondest times are those spent discovering the nooks and crannies of her Orlando community with her cherished grandchild.

Again, please join Women on the Rise on September 25th for our Chapter Meeting at CREDO Conduit. This event will be from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM.
