Please note meetings are open to non-members who wish to see what the organization is all about. Meetings are a $29 Donation for non-members and Silver Level Members and at no cost to Deeva Gold and DeevaPreneur members. Tickets are not sold at the door so please purchase online before arrival.

Lasheena Williams, a native of South Florida, is a dedicated community advocate with over 15 years in program development and nonprofit management. With a passion for service and a desire to create thriving communities, Lasheena continually offers support to her community by contributing her expertise to various local and nationally-recognized organizations.
Lasheena played a strategic role in the growth and maintenance of the youth and middle school programs for a national youth development organization. Her dedication to youth development led to the founding of L.O.V.E Our Youth in 2012, a nonprofit organization providing youth programs meant to encourage confidence and connect local partners with program services to provide greater impact in the community. As a result of her accomplishments and advocacy for youth, Lasheena was nationally recognized in 2017 as National Afterschool Association’s Next Generation award recipient and featured in Afterschool Today multiple times.
Her repertoire of professional skills includes program planning, event planning, grant writing, facilitation, fund management, public speaking, strategic planning, program evaluation, and public relations. She previously co-managed over 34 million in grant funds that went to nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County, FL. The culmination of her professional and philanthropic endeavors provides a depth of understanding used to leverage the services she offers to her clients as Chief Enthusiast Officer of Nonprofit Enthusiast.
Lasheena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2009) and a Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM) (2011) both from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified nonprofit professional (2019) and certified youth mental health first aider (2017). Her consistent action toward youth development now fuels her desire to empower organizations that will provide services for our communities to flourish.

With a diverse background in real estate and mortgage, Jennifer Smith has gained in-depth knowledge of the customer buying experience from beginning to end. Throughout her 14-year career, she has consistently performed at the highest level, receiving Top Performers status, and now is expanding Nations Lending’s footprint in the Florida area. In her personal time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering.
